Participation in the panel on Kurdish media and war

On April 24, 2026, the Consulting Center in coordination with the Department of Digital Media and Marketing of Kurdistan Technical Institute organized a special panel entitled (Kurdish Media and War), in which the role and responsibility of Kurdish media during war and crisis. In this panel, Dr. Pega Saidi delivered a special speech highlighting the psychological effects of war news on society, while presenting ways to protect the mental integrity of society during war and pointed out that the media must take into account national responsibility and journalistic ethics. The panelists also had an in-depth discussion on balancing media ethics with national needs in a war crisis, which was well received by the audience.
