Joint workshop of the Counseling Center and American Corner

Within the framework of the efforts of the Counseling Center to raise psychological awareness and develop personal skills, the Director of the Counseling Center (Dr. Pega Saidi) in collaboration with American Corner Sulaimaniyah on October 6, 2025 conducted an educational workshop entitled “Stress Management Strategies”. The workshop introduced participants to scientific and behavioral stress management methods, methods of effectively dealing with stress and how to enhance mood and well-being. This activity was part of the continuous efforts of the Consulting Center of Kurdistan Technical Institute to prevent, educate and spread the right mental culture
